BUILD SERVE DEVLOP
MENTORING & CHARACTER GUIDANCE PROGRAM
MISSION//VISION: Impact aims to equip students with character, emotional/mental, and practical life skills to face everyday life through BUILDING great character, FORMING healthy standards, and SERVING their community & families (we desire to serve the whole family). What we offer has been proven to positively impact students' motivation, academic performance, leadership, self-esteem, self-control, and relationship engagement. Through this program, we will additionally focus on each student's emotional, mental, and overall well-being.
What Ages is this Program Designed for?: Elementary - High School Students
HOW WE DO THIS: Our program is 8 months long. We divide this up by 12-13 wks per school semester (summer program, 4-7 weeks), where we will provide engaging components that will equip students with mentors (coaches) to instill character development, emotional regulation, and support that help them develop into well-rounded, responsible, and compassionate individuals who can contribute positively to their schools, families, teams, and society as a whole. Our Impact Coaches are nationally background checked and meet with students weekly for 30 minutes to 1 hour in a central location of the school/venue campus (digitally for Impact Digital). Coaches also check in on their students and parents outside the weekly program setting (if the school/parent has consented). We host an award ceremony at the end of the 8 months, providing an Impact completion certificate to students who have participated for 8 weeks or more. We also give The Impact Character award to students who have grown and developed in the values we taught them over the 8 months.
What we offer?:
LOOKING FOR SOMETHING A LITTLE MORE INTENSIVE FOR STUDENTS FACING MORE BEHAVIORAL CHALLENGES, we offer a STUDENT SUPPORT PROGRAM called "TRIBE" that assist students with their behavioral health, where they are taught behavior impacts, regulate their emotions, initiate healthy conversations & skills, behavioral change, and exercise their thoughts. We will focus on students learning these things through our CALM METHOD (Communication, Attitude, Listening, and Mood), which is built on the idea that students can address how they are feeling about situations, they can use healthy skills and behaviors to express themselves and become the best version of themselves.
In addition we offer our monthly gathering for young people and families called “The Pack Gatherings”/ "Churchome Experiences".
WHY: We believe that we live in a world that doesn’t need more things to pass the time, but rather, more people that are intentional with the next generation. The Impact program connects students to great potential and mentors, pushing them to grow and recognize their purpose. We believe that character formation is one of the most practical yet effective measures we can use to see real, lasting change!
CURRICULUM: We also offer opportunities to purchase our curriculum $700/year (8 months).

What we offer?:
- Impact Digital - This format is designed for schools/groups to view our curriculum through videos and activities virtually and have a captain host via online. A “The Pack Youth Home Base Team” member will visit the campus (if applicable) 3 to 4 times a school year. Impact Digital is designed to be hosted by a teacher, school counselor, parent, or local leader in the community.
- Impact Circle - This format is our favorite and most commonly used. This format is the best option for students to build community and relationships with their coaches and peers. It allows students to view our curriculum and participate in activities in a smaller group setting. We will divide large groups into smaller (CIRCLES) groups. Impact Circle is designed to be hosted by The Pack Youth Captain and Coaches.
- Impact Super - This format is often used for large school campuses, which cannot be divided into smaller groups. This format allows students to view our curriculum and participate in large (SUPER) group activities. Impact Super is designed to be hosted by The Pack Youth Captain and Coaches.
- Impact Sport- This format combines the best parts of Impact Circle and Impact Super with the love of sports. This format is best used for a sports team pre- or post-game or sports tournament. This format can be utilized in a super way, but it can also be used by forming circles of smaller groups of teams to hear and view the curriculum. This format only utilizes a few activities, as it typically runs a lot shorter due to the sports element that is taking place. Impact Circle is designed to be hosted by The Pack Youth Captain and Coaches, a sports team coach/staff, or a local leader in the community.
