BECOME A COACH (MENTOR) "HOME TEAM"
We believe that we live in a world that doesn’t need more things to pass the time, but rather, more people who are intentional with the next generation. Our Impact program provides mentors/coaches for students amongst local schools and organizations. Mentors connect with students to push them to grow and begin to truly recognize their purpose. We believe that character development is one of the most practical, yet effective measures we can use to see real, lasting change!
Our coaches do this through weekly meetings with students [elementary and/or teenagers]. We are providing both virtual & in-person opportunities for students this school year. Each week, the coaches and students discuss a topic that prepares them to grow into influential members of society.
Coaches also have the opportunity to teach 1-on-1 "Discover Tracks". Which is an opportunity to teach on things they are passionate and experienced in. This is where a student can opt to take a class on something that can develop a skill or passion (music, dance, sports, acting).
