OUR STORY
Our Executive Director, Christian Baylis, has had experience working within various ministries and non-profit organizations geared towards children and youth for over 13 years. Within the work she has done (school assemblies, mentoring students, youth pastor, and leading clubs, etc), she has often worked with students and families living or experiencing challenging situations (financial, emotional, behavioral, & mental). In 2017, Christian's heart began stirring to launch a 501c3 non-profit that reached young people through various programs to guide them to become their best selves. 2018, upon seeking guidance and direction from leaders, The Pack Youth Inc. launched with two staff members and various volunteers who had a heart to reach the next generation. At the organization's inception, it launched monthly gatherings for middle and high school students to have a fun, safe experience where they would learn life lessons and build community with peers and mentors. Then, in the fall of 2018, The Pack Youth partnered with local organizations and schools to launch our Impact Mentoring and Character Guidance program, which is a program designed to last nine months where students are being mentored and taught life lessons while having fun weekly. The Impact Mentoring and Character Formation Program is the most extensive program The Pack Youth Inc. offers.
WHERE ARE WE NOW?
We, as The Pack Youth Inc. in 2022, realized we had seen hundreds of students' lives changed by the impact of what our organization offers, but our organization's heart grew to reach not only young people but also their families. The Pack Youth Inc. is at the place where we are continuously going to young people from ages four years old to adults and families through different programming, such as our once-a-week Impact mentoring and character guidance program in local schools & communities, monthly gatherings for elementary through high school students, generations college internships to develop college students as they step into adulthood, retreats, legend student leadership program for high schoolers, and family nights for whole family.

OUR VISION
