OUR STORY
Our Executive Director, Christian, has over 15 years of experience working in various churches and non-profit organizations serving children and youth. In her work (school assemblies, mentoring students, serving as a youth pastor, and leading clubs, etc.), she has often worked with students and families living in or experiencing challenging situations (financial, emotional, behavioral, & mental). In 2017, Christian's heart began stirring to launch a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit that reached young people through various programs to help them become their best selves. In 2018, upon seeking guidance and direction from leaders, The Pack Youth Inc. launched with two staff members and various volunteers who had a heart to reach the next generation. At the organization's inception, it launched monthly gatherings for middle and high school students to have a fun, safe experience where they would learn life lessons and build community with peers and mentors. Then, in the fall of 2018, The Pack Youth partnered with local organizations and schools to launch our Impact Mentoring and Character Guidance program, which offers various nine-month-long programs designed to mentor students, teach life lessons, cater to their social, emotional, mental, and behavioral health (Tribe), and have fun each week. Our Impact Mentoring and Character Guidance Programs, such as Tribe, Impact Rallys, and Impact Sport, are the most extensive programs that The Pack Youth Inc. offers.
WHERE ARE WE NOW?
In 2026, we at The Pack Youth Inc. realized we had seen thousands of students' lives changed by our organization's offerings, and our hearts grew to reach not only young people but also their families. The Pack Youth Inc. is at the place where we are continuously going to young people from ages four years old to adults and families through different programming, such as our once-a-week Impact Tribe Program in local schools & communities, monthly Impact Rallys for elementary through high school students, Build college & career internships to develop college students as they step into adulthood, retreats, pioneer student leadership program for high schoolers, and family nights/block parties for the whole family.

OUR VISION
The Pack Youth Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to reaching young people (elementary through high school) and their families by building their character, forming healthy standards, and serving them through mentoring, character development, life skills training, leadership development, sports, and community gatherings nationwide. Whether it is an opportunity-challenged student facing challenges (academics, mental, emotional, social, behavioral, etc.) or a student searching for a safe place to belong, connect, and grow. We provide services to reach students and families in whatever seat they sit, through our weekly/monthly Impact Mentoring and Character Guidance Program (Tribe Student Support, Impact Sport), college-aged Gap Year Program, high school-focused Legend Student Leadership program, retreats, and quarterly gatherings.
